ONLINE ORDERS
Return Period: 15 days after delivery date
Refund Type: Store credit
Items must be returned in the condition in which you received, unworn, unwashed with tags attached or will be subject to denial. All jewelry and sale purchases are final.
PROCESS TIME
Processing returns may take up to 1-3 business days once we have received your package. After we inspect your item(s) and if they meet the requirements of our return policy (see below), you will receive your store credit. Due to different banking procedures, please allow an additional 3-10 business days for your refund to reflect in your bank.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Please inspect your item(s) upon delivery. Any defective products must be reported within 3 days of the delivery date in order for us to correct the issue otherwise we cannot take it back as a return.
IN-STORE/EVENTS PURCHASES
All in-store/in-person purchases are final; no returns or refunds are accepted!
