Shipping & Delivery

Thank you for your order! Here's what you can expect regarding processing and shipping:

  • Order Processing: Your order will be processed within 1-2 business days after it has been placed.
  • Shipping Time: Following processing, the shipping carrier may take an additional 2-3 days to deliver your package.
  • Exclusions: Please note that weekends and holidays are not included in the shipping and delivery timeframe.

  • Standard Shipping Orders: Get your package within 3-7 business days for $7.00.
  • Priority Shipping: Get your package within 2–3 business days for $14.00. 
  • Priority Mail Express: Get your package within 1 business day for $36.00. (Orders must be placed before 1:00 p.m. CDT for items to be shipped the next day.) 

SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please provide an accurate shipping address. If you noticed you have made an error on your address information, contact us immediately at orders@ardorposh.com, and we will fix the issue as soon as we can before shipping out your package. Any packages sent back to us due to any address errors will result in additional shipping fees to ship back to your correct address.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER 
Once your order has been placed and processed, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please check your spam folder if the email is not in your inbox. 

LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES & ROUTE PACKAGE PROTECTION 

We offer Route Package Protection at checkout for all our customers. Route Shipping is a great way to insure your shipping packages. If you purchase Route at checkout and your package happens to get lost, stolen, or damaged during the shipping and delivery process, simply contact Route and they will replace your order or give you your money back. If you choose to decline Route Package Protection at checkout, you agree that Ardorposh will not be responsible for any lost, stolen, or damage packages delivered or not delivered to you.

    FILE A CLAIM WITH ROUTE

    Claims for packages presumed to be lost by the carrier, where the status is “not delivered” must be filed no sooner than 7 days after the scheduled delivery date for domestic shipments, but no later than 30 days from the date the shipment was originally scheduled to be delivered. 

    • All other claims for loss or damage should be filed as soon as discovered but in no event later than 60 days from the purchase date. 
    • Claims for packages marked by the carrier as “delivered” not received by the customer must be filed within 5 days from the date and time shown by carrier as delivered. Underwriters reserve the right to require proof of either a copy of a police report showing report of theft or security video recording showing evidence of theft.
